About the role
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, anticipating needs and proactively resolving issues.
- Own and optimize complex executive calendars, aligning priorities with business objectives.
- Coordinate high-level meetings across leaders, functions, and time zones, ensuring seamless execution.
- Manage domestic and international travel logistics, itineraries, and expense coordination with precision.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and communications with exceptional quality and professionalism.
- Act as a primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, representing leadership with confidence and discretion.
- Drive follow-through on action items and ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
- Support strategic initiatives, leadership projects, and special assignments.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience providing executive-level administrative support to senior leaders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority demands with exceptional organizational skills.
- Demonstrated discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive-level presence.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience supporting senior leaders in a matrixed, global, or fast-paced organization.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges before they arise.
- Experience tracking deliverables and coordinating across teams or project management tools.
