About the role

  • As a Credit Manager at Honeywell, your role will have a significant impact on the financial health and stability of the company.
  • Effectively managing credit risk to contribute to the company's cash flow and profitability.
  • Evaluating creditworthiness, establishing credit limits, and implementing credit control measures.
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships and minimizing payment delays.
  • Reporting directly to our Credit director and working out of our Prague location on a Hybrid schedule.
  • Building a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent and developing successors.

Requirements

  • Min. bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or other, relevant field
  • Min. 7 years of relevant experience in customer to cash and credit risk analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, train, teach, or coach business professionals.
  • Extensive knowledge in reviewing Customer Credit Reports and Financial Statements provided by external Credit Agencies.
  • Strong problem solving, interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP systems
  • Fluency in English
  • WE VALUE
  • Financial systems experience, SAP S4 HANA migration experience
  • Experience in aerospace, defense or manufacturing industry in similar role
  • Experience developing forecasts and operating plans.

  • The ability to make consistent and timely decisions.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification
