About the role
- As a Credit Manager at Honeywell, your role will have a significant impact on the financial health and stability of the company.
- Effectively managing credit risk to contribute to the company's cash flow and profitability.
- Evaluating creditworthiness, establishing credit limits, and implementing credit control measures.
- Maintaining strong customer relationships and minimizing payment delays.
- Reporting directly to our Credit director and working out of our Prague location on a Hybrid schedule.
- Building a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent and developing successors.
Requirements
- Min. bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or other, relevant field
- Min. 7 years of relevant experience in customer to cash and credit risk analysis
- Demonstrated ability to lead, train, teach, or coach business professionals.
- Extensive knowledge in reviewing Customer Credit Reports and Financial Statements provided by external Credit Agencies.
- Strong problem solving, interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in SAP systems
- Fluency in English

- Financial systems experience, SAP S4 HANA migration experience
- Experience in aerospace, defense or manufacturing industry in similar role
- Experience developing forecasts and operating plans.

- Six Sigma Green Belt certification
