About the role
- Drive new logo acquisition across ASEAN priority countries
- Identify, shape, and qualify greenfield and brownfield opportunities including ICSS/DCS etc through replacement and modernization
- Build and maintain a robust, value-based qualified pipeline aligned to regional targets
- Own opportunities end-to-end from lead identification through commercial negotiation and order booking
- Lead deal strategy, pricing discipline, and competitive positioning to close high-quality deals
- Sell the full Process Automation portfolio with integrated, cross-business solution selling
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline (required)
- 15+ years of experience in Process Automation / Industrial Automation sales or business development in Oil and Gas industry. Knowledge of other industries will be a plus.
- Proven track record of building qualified pipelines and closing large, complex deals
