About the role
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT programs, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define program objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Support the end‑to‑end O2C transformation strategy aligned to SAP S/4HANA, covering:
- - Order capture & management
- - Pricing ,Quoting & contracts management
- - Billing & invoicing
- - Credit, collections & dispute management
- Drive global process standardization and harmonization across regions and business units to enable scalable, repeatable O2C operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT program management, demonstrating the ability to lead complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Expertise in utilizing project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Jira to track progress and manage resources.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
- Proven experience leading large‑scale ERP or S/4HANA transformations, preferably within Order‑to‑Cash or customer‑facing processes.
- Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and regulations is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5 or more years of experience in IT program or project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and frameworks is desirable.
- Six Sigma Greenbelt/Blackbelt certification.
