About the role
- Oversee and drive the successful execution of IT programs within the Aerospace Technologies sector, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering high-quality results.
- Report directly to the Director IT.
- Work out of US Aerospace locations, preferably Phoenix or Charlotte, on a Hybrid work schedule.
- Impact the efficiency and effectiveness of IT initiatives, supporting cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance operational performance and drive business growth.
- Drive standardization, optimization, and automation of P2P processes.
- Ensure full compliance with Aerospace & Defense (A&D) regulatory requirements, while aligning technology delivery with enterprise business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT program management, demonstrating the ability to lead complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Expertise in utilizing project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Jira to track progress and manage resources.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
- Proven experience leading large‑scale ERP or S/4HANA transformations, preferably within P2P( Plan to Produce).
- Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and regulations is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5 or more years of experience in IT program or project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and frameworks is desirable.
- Six Sigma Greenbelt/Blackbelt certification.
- Candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
