About the role

  • Lead Generation & Early‑Stage Sales Engagement: Drive proactive outreach to new prospects across SEE; engage leads from marketing campaigns; conduct structured qualification calls.
  • Local Demand Generation Activities: Execute outreach aligned with campaigns; support events; collaborate with channel partners.
  • Pipeline Development & Handoff: Create qualified SQLs; re-engage dormant leads; align with field sales.
  • Market Coverage: Map stakeholders; identify new projects; support specifier influence.
  • CRM Discipline & Reporting: Ensure CRM accuracy; follow SLAs; provide weekly reporting.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or business development.
  • Strong communication and prospecting skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering.
  • English fluency; additional SEE languages preferred.
  • Preferred: Experience in building technologies/fire/security; familiarity with project‑based selling.
