About the role
- Lead Generation & Early‑Stage Sales Engagement: Drive proactive outreach to new prospects across SEE; engage leads from marketing campaigns; conduct structured qualification calls.
- Local Demand Generation Activities: Execute outreach aligned with campaigns; support events; collaborate with channel partners.
- Pipeline Development & Handoff: Create qualified SQLs; re-engage dormant leads; align with field sales.
- Market Coverage: Map stakeholders; identify new projects; support specifier influence.
- CRM Discipline & Reporting: Ensure CRM accuracy; follow SLAs; provide weekly reporting.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or business development.
- Strong communication and prospecting skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering.
- English fluency; additional SEE languages preferred.
- Preferred: Experience in building technologies/fire/security; familiarity with project‑based selling.
