  • Experience with HR analytics to inform strategic decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
  • Familiarity with talent management and employee engagement strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive strategic change.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess and improve HR strategies and initiatives.
