Requirements
- Plus 6 years of experience in human resources management within the aerospace or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics to drive decision-making.
- Experience with talent management, employee engagement strategies, and organizational development.
- Familiarity with performance management systems and employee training programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 plus years of experience in HR management, preferably in the aerospace sector.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive change effectively.
