About the role

  • Support and coach local Field Service Engineers to add customer value and establish best practice and challenge FSEs to reach this standard
  • Drive growth, using technical knowhow, to show customer added value of Honeywell’s upgrades, new products, promotions and automation plans.
  • On occasion, perform hands-on work at customer site preferably to ensure knowledge transfer to a junior field service engineers
  • Work with Regional Field Operating Supervisor to coordinate and fix Field Service team’s daily activities with customers (workforce planning, setup & reporting)
  • Manage Sheet Manufacturing service contract activities and manage service orders (SPOT with labour) deliverables, incl. small projects

Requirements

  • M.Sc. or Bachelor in Industrial Automation & control engineering or other relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Broad understanding of automation solutions, in both DCS and QCS environment. Deep specific knowledge in relevant areas ideally with Honeywell products
  • Experience within the Sheet Manufacturing environment
  • Fluent speaking and writing in Swedish and English
  • Driver’s licence B
