About the role
- Play a critical role in the design, implementation, and management of complex systems and solutions
- Work within cross-functional teams on cutting-edge projects that transform the way businesses operate
- Report directly to our Systems Engineering Manager
- Impact the development of cutting-edge systems that power innovative solutions
- Ensure that the system design aligns with Honeywell's quality standards and industry best practices
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of relevant technologies and industry trends
- Provide strategic direction for systems engineering activities, aligning them with the company's goals and objectives
- Effective coordination and communication with multi-disciplinary design teams, systems engineering teams, project management organizations, internal and external customers
- Technical leadership and oversight of control system integration and test and development equipment
- Ownership and leading field issue troubleshooting and support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- Minimum 2 years of experience in systems engineering
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Experience in leading complex system integration projects
- Knowledge of the product development lifecycle
- Individuals that quickly analyze and apply new information and concepts
- Leading diverse and global team
- Individuals who are self-motivated, able to work with little supervision, and who consistently take the initiative to get things done
- Ability to adapt dictated by project changes
- Multi-tasking and can manage a variety of complicated tasks and people
