About the role

  • Receiving and handling technical customer inquiries from domestic and international clients
  • Assessing products for suitability and application according to customer requirements
  • Preparing quotations and specifications/bills of quantities in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce CPQ)
  • Coordinating customer-specific pricing in collaboration with the sales team
  • Providing technical support to field service for special requests
  • Coordination and project management as a construction/site manager for building systems solutions
  • Applying relevant standards and guidelines, e.g., VDI 3814 (building automation)
  • Creating and editing specifications/tender documents according to GAEB standard
  • Using tools such as TRIC for building automation and technical planning

Requirements

  • Degree in a technical field, vocational training, or professional experience in an electrical engineering occupation
  • Ideally experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce CPQ) and technical documentation
  • Knowledge of project management and construction coordination
  • Familiarity with standards and guidelines such as VDI 3814 and GAEB-compliant tendering
  • Experience with software solutions for building automation (e.g., TRIC)
  • Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent German language skills (C2 level) and good English skills
  • Soft skills: strong communication, organizational talent, teamwork, customer focus
  • IT skills: proficient in MS Office, CAD software, BIM tools
