About the role

  • Develop and Implement Sales Plans: Create and execute a robust sales strategy to grow the connectivity solutions business in the Business Aviation and Head of State markets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including aircraft operators, management companies, channel partners, and governmental agencies. Proactively manage key accounts to ensure flawless delivery of service and client satisfaction.
  • Consultative Sales: Apply deep knowledge of connectivity solutions to create compelling solutions and proposals to meet and exceed client requirements.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with customer account and support teams and regional leadership to develop and execute growth strategies. Provide market intelligence and client feedback to offering management teams to drive product strategies.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiation efforts with clients to secure win-win solutions.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Grow and manage sales pipeline within the CRM system.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent Honeywell Aerospace at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and promote Honeywell connectivity solutions.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of airborne connectivity solutions, including satellite communications services and hardware.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading sales, preferably in connectivity solutions in the aviation market.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market trends and customer requirements are essential for success in this role.
