About the role
- Leverage HR expertise to architect and drive talent strategies fostering a culture of trust, respect, and commitment.
- Align HR priorities with business objectives, ensuring the organization’s structure, jobs, and skills support long-term goals.
- Provide meaningful career experiences for employees.
- Report directly to the ISC VP of HR.
- Work out of Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in HR management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and employee development.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing HR teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
