About the role
- Manage a team responsible for effective Project Controls Management to achieve business results for Honeywell.
- Ensure the Project Controls Management processes are implemented appropriately and support Honeywell business and Project Controls Management leaders.
- Responsible for overall management of all Project Planning & Controls Organization (PP&C) employees globally.
- Work with the Line of Business (LOB) Operational Leads and Project Controls Managers to implement organizational work processes, data structures and technology required for supporting Operations and Project Controls efforts.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Project Controls, Leadership and Managerial skills.
- Master's or bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or Accounting
- Experience in financial data compilation, analysis, and metrics management
- Knowledge of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Planning (STRAP) process
- Demonstrate Leadership, Communication, Negotiation and Organizational skills
- Extensive influence and motivation at varying levels across the organization. Problem Solving and Decision Making.
- Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
- User experience of ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Microsiga)
- Proficient Microsoft Office package skills e.g., Excel, Project, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.
- Expert level experience in financial data compilation, analysis, and metrics management
- Project Management, Project Schedule Professional (PMI-SP), or Cost Engineering Certification
- Six Sigma Green Belt
- Bi/Multi-lingual
- Cross Functional Leadership and Presentation Skills
- Strong Experience with Cost Control, Scheduling (Waterfall/Agile/Lean/Scrum), Time Management, and Contract Management
- Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
