About the role
- Day to day servicing, calibrations and maintenance; including diagnoses and repairs faults on a variety of Honeywell and 3rd party equipment
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and provide prices for Small Works Quotes
- Prepare the drawings and application projects specifically for Small Works Quotes
- Ensure customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients whilst delivering a valuable and professional service
- Report possible future failures, disturbances and other opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- Previous work experience servicing Fire system and Security or access entry and intruder systems would be an advantage
- Fault finding and troubleshooting skills along with programming skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build relationships with customers through the use of good communication skills.
- Previous Honeywell product knowledge such as GENT would be advantageous along with FIA units 1 and 2 minimum of BS5839 part 1, training can be provided
- Valid full driving licence
