About the role

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships while developing joint sales strategies
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Develop sales strategies aligned with channel partner growth commitments
  • Execute sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales
  • Bilingual French & English. Proficient written and spoken skills
  • Travel ability at a minimum of 50%
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
  • Canadian Fire Alarm Association Technical certification
  • Strong understanding of Fire Building Codes, CAN ULC, NFPA Code requirements
  • Ability to read electrical drawings and construction documents
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of Fire Alarm market
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
