• Own Honey Homes' local presence across our markets, including partnerships and community activations
• Create systems that turn local relationships into meaningful member growth
• Develop and execute the strategy for how Honey Homes grows through local trust networks and partnerships
• Partner closely with Ops and Growth to improve tooling and reporting needed for performance measurement
