• Own full-cycle recruiting across a broad range of functions and role types - from kickoff through offer acceptance
• Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs, role requirements, and hiring bar across a diverse set of disciplines
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines of active and passive candidates across multiple channels (LinkedIn, GEM, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and beyond)
• Drive a structured, consistent interview process that reflects Hone’s values and sets candidates and hiring managers up for success
• Negotiate and extend offers in partnership with hiring managers and People Ops, working cross-functionally with legal and compensation stakeholders as needed
• Maintain clean, accurate data in Greenhouse - use it to track pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and report on recruiting metrics
• Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives that help Hone stand out in the market
• Help build and refine our recruiting infrastructure as we scale - including process documentation, interview training, and intake frameworks
• Design, deploy, and improve AI-powered workflows across the recruiting lifecycle - including sourcing assistance, personalized outreach drafting, resume summarization, interview note consolidation, and scheduling automation
• Own and develop our integration between Claude and Greenhouse, building on existing groundwork to create a more robust, scalable system
• Train hiring managers on effective, legally compliant use of AI tools in hiring decisions

AI-Driven Talent Acquisition Lead

Director

• Develop and launch a training program that combines video, text, interactive, and other training approaches, to ensure Hone-affiliated physicians can incorporate best practices in longevity care.
• Facilitate interactive training sessions, workshops, and online learning modules to ensure training is effective.
• Conduct regular needs assessments to identify training gaps and emerging educational priorities.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance provider competency and patient outcomes.
• Track the completion of various training activities across the entire provider network to ensure compliance with our program and overall provider quality.

Physician Training Director – Longevity Medicine

Product Manager

• Own the roadmap for Patient Support, spanning Zendesk AI protocols, customer support tooling, task management, and workflow automation
• Define and track support KPIs (e.g., CSAT, first reply time, average handle time, % tickets deflected)
• Partner with leadership to identify operational blind spots and prioritize opportunities for workflow improvement and automation
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and operations to define, design, and launch tooling that reduces friction for customer support agents and patients
• Partner with our analytics and AI teams to design, test, and refine AI protocols and prompts that improve ticket deflection and patient satisfaction
• Measure the success of launched features and develop data-driven solutions for improvement

Product Manager, Patient Support

• Own the roadmap for the Health Tracking & Planning team - connecting labs, clinical screeners, lifestyle trends, and other diagnostic results with each patient’s long-term goals
• Define and track KPIs tied to both engagement and clinical outcomes, with symptom improvement as a north star
• Perform qualitative and quantitative research to explore, validate, and refine how patients interpret and act on their health data
• Collaborate closely with our design, engineering, clinical, and data teams to define, sequence, and ship improvements to how health data is surfaced and planned against
• Partner with our AI team on personalization, recommendations, and AI-driven interpretation of patient health data
• Measure the success of launched features and develop data-driven solutions for improvement

Senior Product Manager, Health Tracking – Planning

• Own the roadmap for Fulfillment & Delivery, spanning prescription writing and approval workflows, order creation and combination logic, pharmacy and carrier integrations, and the tooling that powers Hone’s pharmacy technology and operations teams
• Own end-to-end medication delivery reliability, defining the metrics, building the visibility, and partnering across pharmacy operations, clinical operations, engineering, and finance to ensure every patient receives their medication on time, every time
• Partner with engineering to design, specify, and ship reliable integrations with DoseSpot, pharmacies, supplement vendors, and shipping carriers
• Define and track KPIs including first-fill and refill on-time delivery rates, time to first fill, order failure and error rates, and manual operational hours
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to automate manual fulfillment workflows
• Measure the success of launched features and develop data-driven solutions for improvement

Product Manager, Fulfillment – Delivery

• Own the roadmap for Engagement - spanning the app home page, AI experiences, messaging, and medication adherence
• Define and track engagement KPIs (e.g., MAU, AI engagement and satisfaction, medication adherence)
• Perform qualitative and quantitative research to understand why and how patients return to the app, and where recurring experiences fall short
• Collaborate closely with our design, engineering, and clinical teams to ship improvements that deepen habitual use
• Partner with our AI team on the patient-facing AI experience - entry points, suggested prompts, custom widgets, memory etc
• Measure the success of launched features and develop data-driven solutions for improvement
