Security Engineer

• Build and Maintain Security Controls: Develop, deploy, and maintain technical safeguards to protect data, applications, and infrastructure in line with security best practices.
• Automate Compliance: Implement tooling and workflows to streamline compliance with frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and NIST.
• Security by Design: Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate security into software development lifecycles (DevSecOps).
• Risk Management: Collaborate with GRC teams to identify, assess, and remediate security risks across systems and processes.
• Monitoring & Response: Support security monitoring, logging, and incident response activities by developing integrations and automation.
• Policy Implementation: Translate governance and compliance requirements into technical controls and enforce them through code and infrastructure.
• Collaboration & Training: Provide security expertise to cross-functional teams and contribute to security awareness and engineering best practices.

Product Designer

• Senior Product Designer to join our Core Experience team and help shape the future of the Hone Health patient application. In this role, you’ll work as a critical contributor to craft experiences that transform complex medical information into clear, engaging product experiences that help patients succeed. The Core Experience team focuses on the global IA, patient onboarding, home, messaging, scheduling, and the consult experience. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker with a strong UI design background and a passion for designing engaging and delightful consumer experiences. You’ll work cross-functionally across the full product development lifecycle to concept, test, and refine solutions.

• Primary Responsibilities: Work strategically as a partner with product management, engineering, and design leadership to define and design out the patient application/experience.
• Think big and explore divergent concepts while understanding how to converge and build iteratively towards your vision.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes to communicate your work
• Lead and conduct user research and data analysis to inform design decisions and ensure user-centered solutions.
• Work within and contribute to our Design System.
• Advocate for design by sharing your work and presenting cross-functionally to senior stakeholders/leadership. Be able to articulate design decisions and goals.
• Inspire the team and stakeholders by bringing innovative ideas to the table and defining next-generation user interfaces.
• Lead workshops, brainstorming sessions, and design thinking exercises.
• Help shape the culture of a growing design team.
• Help lead innovation across the company by driving the adoption of user-centered processes, methodologies, and tools.
