• Work strategically as a partner with product management, engineering, and design leadership to define and design the product experience within our patient portal/application.

Senior Product Designer, Core Experience

Account Manager

• Support team on events, product onboarding, and gifting initiatives including logistics and creative packaging
• Help coordinate influencer campaigns from outreach to execution, ensuring strong brand alignment and timely delivery
• Monitor influencer placements and posts, compile and circulate weekly internal coverage reports
• Identify and engage with new influencers and creators who align with brand values and audience
• Track influencer performance through KPIs and provide ongoing analysis and insight

Solutions Engineer

• Develop, test, and maintain AI prompt flows that integrate with SaaS tools (CRM, marketing automation, customer support, analytics, etc.)
• Configure, script, or code integrations between AI models and third-party SaaS applications (via APIs, middleware, or low-code/no-code platforms such as Zapier, Make, or Workato).
• Partner with internal teams to design scalable AI workflows that improve efficiency and decision-making across the organization.
• Monitor, debug, and optimize AI prompt performance across platforms and use cases.

• Build and Maintain Security Controls: Develop, deploy, and maintain technical safeguards to protect data, applications, and infrastructure in line with security best practices.
• Automate Compliance: Implement tooling and workflows to streamline compliance with frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and NIST.
• Security by Design: Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate security into software development lifecycles (DevSecOps).

• Senior Product Designer to join our Core Experience team and help shape the future of the Hone Health patient application. In this role, you’ll work as a critical contributor to craft experiences that transform complex medical information into clear, engaging product experiences that help patients succeed. The Core Experience team focuses on the global IA, patient onboarding, home, messaging, scheduling, and the consult experience. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker with a strong UI design background and a passion for designing engaging and delightful consumer experiences. You’ll work cross-functionally across the full product development lifecycle to concept, test, and refine solutions.
