• Apply quantitative methods to assess risks.
• Ensure data quality and perform reconciliations.
• Perform monthly Expected Credit Loss (ECL) calculations.
• Calculate and monitor Risk-Bearing Capacity.
• Conduct stress testing and contribute to the development of stress scenarios.
• Monitor and analyze key risk indicators (KRIs) and other relevant KPIs.
• Prepare presentations of analysis results.
• Contribute to the effectiveness, development, and refinement of risk metrics, ensuring compliance.
• Document new processes and review, update, and improve existing documentation.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc risk reports for internal stakeholders (e.g., Risk Committees, Management Board).
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of reporting.
• Support stakeholder-oriented reporting.
• Perform validations/appropriateness tests of risk frameworks and risk models (e.g., scorecards, ECL, IRRBB).
• Document and present results.
• Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of risk management processes.
• Implement changes and improvements to analysis tools.
• Support projects as directed by the Department/Section Manager.
• Support audits in the Risk Management area, able to explain and demonstrate risk management processes.
• Support regulatory reporting processes.

Risk Controlling Specialist

Sales

• Define and implement the sales strategy for Germany and Spain in alignment with Honda Motor Europe and regional objectives
• Take full ownership of the commercial cycle, including sales planning, forecasting, pricing, negotiations, contract management and campaigns
• Drive revenue and portfolio growth across retail finance, leasing, wholesale and insurance products
• Lead Key Account Management and develop long-term strategic partnerships with dealer networks in both markets
• Work closely with Finance, Pricing, Marketing, Risk, Compliance and Business Solutions to ensure compliant and effective execution
• Manage sales budgets, performance targets and regular reporting to senior management
• Continuously optimize sales processes, tools and governance frameworks
• Lead, develop and inspire high-performing multi-country sales teams and foster collaboration between Germany and Spain
