Application Engineer

• Your primary role will be to handle incoming customer support requests.
• You will be responsible for answering questions, updating system configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Take on software development and process improvements during downtime to create support tooling and modify product functionality.
• Look to not just solve the proximate issue but to eliminate the issue or reduce the time to handle the issue going forward.

• Own the customer email support queue from 10:00 AM–6:00 PM PT
• Triage, investigate, and resolve issues across our web app, data pipelines, and partner integrations
• Update system configurations and administer customer accounts with care and accuracy
• Write clear, friendly updates and incident summaries for customers and internal stakeholders
• Create and improve support and system documentation
• Spot patterns and drive improvements in the software and processes
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Sales teams on relevant projects

• Build and maintain dbt models in our Redshift analytics environment.
• Ensure our data pipelines are accurate, well-documented, and scalable.
• Understand the goals of our customers and provide them with the tools to reach their operational goals through software configuration and management decisions
• Enhance the usability and feature set of our customer facing reporting suite of tools
• Investigate and resolve data-related inquiries from clients.
• Partner closely with product, customer success, engineering, and leadership to understand needs and deliver insights driving product direction and improving product performance.
• Contribute to a data-driven culture by making metrics accessible and actionable.

DevOps Engineer

• HomeVision is building products to modernize real estate valuation and create a more efficient, transparent, and equitable housing market.
• We leverage technologies like NLP, computer vision, and large language models (LLMs) to streamline appraisals and help appraisers work more efficiently.
• We’re backed by Initialized Capital, growing fast, and looking for an SRE to help us scale.
• Build and maintain infrastructure for our SaaS products.
• Create tooling and manage platform components to support developers.
• Tackle software projects for our products - often related to authentication, reliability, observability and other platform concerns
• Help with day-to-day needs like testing environments and deployments.
• Handle IT tasks such as onboarding and account provisioning.
• Work a generally flexible schedule while helping ensure the team has coverage until 6PM Pacific Time.
