• Coordinate content for and attend executive team meetings, track progress, and serve as a liaison between the CEO and other departments.
• Draft internal communications and presentations, distilling complex information into clear, concise formats.
• Prepare materials for board meetings and investor communications. Lead fundraising material preparation and data room.
• Partner with the CEO to translate the company model and positioning into a cohesive and compelling fundraising narrative.
• Evaluate potential partnerships and revenue share agreements with an eye on overall value delivered to customers.
• Use AI tools to streamline & automate G&A workflows, to support strategic coordination among the exec team.

Chief of Staff – CEO

• Coordinate content for and attend executive team meetings, track progress, and serve as a liaison between the CEO and other departments. Surface most important weekly & monthly insights, blockers, and priorities to CEO.
• Draft internal communications and presentations, distilling complex information into clear, concise formats.
• Prepare materials for board meetings and investor communications. Lead fundraising material preparation and data room.
• Partner with the CEO to translate the company model and positioning into a cohesive and compelling fundraising narrative. Provide input to bridge the gap between the operating model and longer term projections.
• Evaluate potential partnerships and revenue share agreements with an eye on overall value delivered to customers. Work with finance and operations to maintain margin analysis to support partnership building. Travel to conferences and customer on-sites to gain industry context.
• Use AI tools to streamline & automate G&A workflows, to support strategic coordination among the exec team.
