About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, design, and build

- Cross-cutting application features
You will manage your own projects, communicating designs, plans, and status updates proactively. We work in Go, Python, and TypeScript with a focus on reliability and observability.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong backend engineering experience
A security-first mindset: you naturally consider data access and potential leak vectors for every process, person, and agent.
Genuine interest in AI/LLM systems and the infrastructure that makes them safe and reliable to build on
The ability to take an ambiguous, hard problem from design doc to production
Strong verbal and written communication in English
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and observability tooling (e.g. Datadog)
Experience designing infrastructure on AWS — isolation/sandboxing, networking, and the primitives that keep systems secure under real load
Residence in Rosario or Buenos Aires (Residence in Argentina is mandatory)
