Backend Engineer

• Primarily work on back-end development using Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL, and provide front-end (React) support when needed.
• Build new features in the CRM.
• Fix bugs.
• Perform data migrations (planning, execution, validation, and adjustments).
• Plan CRM refactors (performance improvements, readability, and tests).
• Write automated tests and collaborate on technical decisions.
• Work on tasks prioritized by points, with close team follow-up.
