Marketing Operations

• Act as the administrator and technical owner for Homebase’s marketing technology stack (CDP, marketing automation, ad-tech integrations, tracking pixels, and tags).
• Maintain stack reliability and data accuracy, monitoring and troubleshooting ad platform integrations (Meta CAPI, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads) to ensure consistent event delivery and attribution accuracy.
• Co-own GTM data quality with RevOps and Analytics; document configurations, architecture, and best practices.
• Build and manage audiences and target segments across marketing channels.
• Partner with Analytics on attribution tooling and data flow accuracy to ensure models have the right inputs.
• Oversee data governance across systems, ensuring data is current and accurate.
• Partner with RevOps to integrate marketing data into Salesforce and ensure key Salesforce events flow back into the marketing tech stack for campaign and attribution visibility.
• Support lifecycle automation and campaign workflows to improve speed to market.
• Identify redundant tools, fields, or data events and recommend simplifications and consolidation opportunities to RevOps leadership.
• Serve as the primary project owner of marketing operations projects, driving cross-functional results.
• Operate within the RevOps sprint framework to prioritize, plan, and deliver on stack initiatives.
• Surface risks and dependencies early and align Marketing, RevOps, Analytics, and Data Engineering on execution.

Accounting Manager

• Own and manage the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting under US GAAP; capitalized commissions (ASC 606), software development costs (ASC 985), leases (ASC 842), and bad debt provisions (ASC 326)
• Lead the year-end audit, including ownership of the audited financial statements, notes, supporting schedules, and act as a primary liaison with external auditors
• Support the revenue recognition process in accordance with ASC 606 across multiple product lines, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Assist with corporate tax compliance and filings, including SR&ED, transfer pricing, US sales tax, and HST filings
• Manage and mentor a team of 2 Senior Accountants, providing guidance, coaching, and support for their professional development
• Partner cross-functionally to provide accounting insights to support budgeting and variance analysis, including leading the monthly financial review

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Own and evolve the company’s integrated financial model supporting driver-based planning, forecasts, scenario analysis, and long-range planning.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive revenue forecasting models across assigned product lines, partnering closely with GTM leaders to align assumptions and execution
• Support tracking and analysis of core SaaS metrics, including ARR growth, retention (NRR/GRR), LTV/CAC, and burn efficiency, translating metrics into insights
• Prepare clear and concise financial summaries and insights for business reviews and Board-level materials.
