Product Manager

• Write clear and actionable product specifications and support cross-functional teams in end-to-end execution to deliver engaging game features
• Work with Analytics to generate insights that drive retention, engagement, and monetisation across puzzle titles
• Become an expert in the hybrid-casual puzzle genre and deeply understand players’ motivations to improve player experiences
• Iterate and refine game mechanics and features based on feedback, research, and industry trends
• Contribute to overall product strategy from concept to creation and guide key product decisions
• Collaborate with internal team to build, launch, and drive growth on a new IP, taking ownership of critical business objectives and performance uplift
• Report to the Director of Product and work with a senior multidisciplinary team of professionals
