About the role
- Write clear and actionable product specifications and support cross-functional teams in end-to-end execution to deliver engaging game features
- Work with Analytics to generate insights that drive retention, engagement, and monetisation across puzzle titles
- Become an expert in the hybrid-casual puzzle genre and deeply understand players’ motivations to improve player experiences
- Iterate and refine game mechanics and features based on feedback, research, and industry trends
- Contribute to overall product strategy from concept to creation and guide key product decisions
- Collaborate with internal team to build, launch, and drive growth on a new IP, taking ownership of critical business objectives and performance uplift
- Report to the Director of Product and work with a senior multidisciplinary team of professionals
Requirements
- 5+ years in mobile gaming with proven track record on successful titles
- 2+ years in a senior Product Manager role
- Strong understanding of the mobile casual games market
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn and adapt
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Comfortable making data-driven decisions from large amounts of information
- Confident communicator with fluency in English
- Extensive experience with agile and scrum methodologies
- Broad understanding of industry tooling such as Notion, Figma, and Tableau
