About the role
- Preliminary posting/coding of incoming and outgoing invoices
- Review invoices for formal requirements (in particular VAT regulations)
- Manage open items (OPOS), cash transactions and travel expenses
- Provide complete documentation for our tax advisors
- End-to-end responsibility for our accounting processes, including optimization and documentation; ensuring compliance and quality
- Management of outstanding receivables (dunning, preparation for debt collection)
- Close coordination with our tax advisors
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience in preparatory accounting or financial administration
- Strong digital proficiency
- Structured and independent working style
- Enjoys ownership and accountability for results
- Availability of 8–10 hours per week and ability to work with us in a hybrid model in Berlin
