About the role
- Management of profitability, margin and working capital based on central KPIs
- Planning and implementation of measures to reduce returns, cash-on-delivery (COD) and warehouse inefficiencies
- Establishment, maintenance and further development of a standardized operations setup (SOPs, playbooks, automations)
- Conducting a weekly business review including KPI tracking, variance analysis and action planning
- Ensuring a single source of truth for data
- Continuous process optimization in collaboration with all operational areas
- Ownership of service and operations excellence
Requirements
- Several years' experience in operations, process or business management
- Strong understanding of KPIs, margins, processes and operational interdependencies
- Experience building and optimizing scalable processes and standards
- Structured, solution-oriented working style with a high degree of ownership
- Proactive use of AI and automation tools to simplify processes and achieve measurable improvements
- Experience with OKRs, OJRs / scale-up frameworks as well as clear processes and documentation
