About the role
- Advise existing and new customers on all questions related to our product range in the areas of flooring, terraces and doors
- Independently prepare quotes and process orders for our private and commercial customers from retail and wholesale
- Coordinate across departments from quote preparation and site measurement through to scheduling our installation team
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial or trade apprenticeship, e.g. as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant, retail salesperson, building materials merchant, carpenter or joiner
- Ideally some initial sales experience, preferably from a DIY/hardware store environment
- Enthusiasm for advising customers and selling our high-quality products
- Friendly and confident demeanor with both private and professional customers
