About the role

  • Advise existing and new customers on all questions related to our product range in the areas of flooring, terraces and doors
  • Independently prepare quotes and process orders for our private and commercial customers from retail and wholesale
  • Coordinate across departments from quote preparation and site measurement through to scheduling our installation team

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial or trade apprenticeship, e.g. as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant, retail salesperson, building materials merchant, carpenter or joiner
  • Ideally some initial sales experience, preferably from a DIY/hardware store environment
  • Enthusiasm for advising customers and selling our high-quality products
  • Friendly and confident demeanor with both private and professional customers
