About the role
- You develop your territory, manage existing customers, and acquire new partners
- You will be on the road 2–3 days per week within your sales territory in Northern Germany (Lower Saxony, Hamburg, Bremen, Schleswig-Holstein, Saxony-Anhalt, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Berlin and Brandenburg)
- From product selection to application, you advise our trade customers in the areas of building materials, roofing, dry construction (drywall) and timber
- Together with our internal teams, you resolve complaints fairly and promptly
- You work closely with sales management, implement targets, and share market insights
Requirements
- Commercial or technical/vocational training with a passion for sales
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally in the wood and building materials sector
- Enjoy networking, strong communication skills, negotiation ability and proven closing skills
- Confident user of MS Office and familiarity with common ERP systems
