About the role
- You advise existing and new customers on all questions related to our product range in the areas of flooring, terraces, and doors
- Independently prepare quotes and manage order processing for our private and commercial customers from retail and wholesale
- Coordinate across departments from quote preparation and measurement to scheduling our installation team
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial or trade apprenticeship, e.g., wholesale and foreign trade merchant, retail salesperson, building materials merchant, carpenter, joiner
- Ideally some first experience in sales, preferably from the DIY/building supplies sector
- Enthusiasm for advising and selling our high-quality products
- Friendly and confident demeanor when dealing with both private and professional customers
