• Act as a key driver of supply chain performance
• Own and drive sourcing strategies for mechanical and electronic components
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers
• Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks while ensuring optimal inventory levels to support production
• Partner closely with Engineering and other stakeholders
• Step in as Team Lead during parental leave, managing and mentoring team members
