About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a key driver of supply chain performance
Own and drive sourcing strategies for mechanical and electronic components
Build and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers
Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks while ensuring optimal inventory levels to support production
Partner closely with Engineering and other stakeholders
Step in as Team Lead during parental leave, managing and mentoring team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years in Supply Chain Management or Strategic Sourcing within a hardware or manufacturing environment
Strong hands-on experience sourcing mechanical components
Good understanding of electronic components and PCBA manufacturing processes
Familiarity with international import/export processes and supply chain flows
Experience leading or mentoring teams, with the ability to step into temporary leadership roles effectively
Ability to quickly create impact in a time-bound assignment and balance short-term execution with long-term thinking
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills; fluent in English and German.
