About the role
- Manage applications in an automotive-related environment across the entire application lifecycle
- Contribute to the strategic alignment of applications and identify actions as a Technical Product Owner
- Support the requirements process, including specification, effort estimation, and cost estimation
- Provide technical consulting to internal stakeholders regarding the feasibility of optimizations using web applications
- Responsible for software quality, test coverage, training of application users, and technical documentation of the applications
- Prepare tender documents and provide requirements
- Actively contribute to process improvements and project activities
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or equivalent technical training/qualification (e.g., IT specialist in application development)
- Knowledge of IT service management (ITIL-oriented) and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum)
- At least three years of professional experience in supporting enterprise applications, system analysis, and requirements management
- Desirable: experience with data analysis using SQL, application development (e.g., .NET), and with a ticketing and/or change management system
- Knowledge of related IT infrastructure
- Strong customer and service orientation and a sense of responsibility
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills as well as strong analytical abilities
- Business-fluent German and good English skills
