About the role
- You will be responsible for the strategic management of key accounts with complex corporate fleets in the areas of fleet management and leasing.
- You will act as the primary contact at senior level for CFOs, commercial executive management, procurement, and fleet management.
- You will develop and implement innovative strategies for existing account management and customer retention.
- You are responsible for building, expanding, and maintaining customer relationships at all negotiation and management levels.
- You will regularly collect and evaluate the business parameters for each account and conduct periodic reviews based on approved business plans.
- Facilitate internal communication and promote cross-departmental collaboration.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, commercial training in the automotive industry, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in account management, sales, or project management—of which at least 3 years in the automotive sector.
- High level of responsibility, strong commitment, and willingness to travel as required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation ability.
- Confident and professional presence combined with analytical thinking and a structured approach to work.
- Proven ability to communicate and present credibly and effectively at all levels of an organization, including management and C-level executives.
- Business-fluent German and good command of English, both written and spoken.
