About the role

  • Handle a wide range of administrative and service support duties related to vehicle warranties for multiple ultra-luxury brands
  • Ensure the dealership is paid for all warranty work by booking, flagging, and submitting warranty claims accurately and on time
  • Review every warranty repair order for completeness, accuracy, and legibility
  • Define the scope of a warranty claim by effectively communicating with service advisors and technicians
  • Implement a follow-up process to guarantee full compensation for the dealership and technicians on all claims
  • Handle returned, adjusted, or rejected claims, and track them until fully resolved
  • Resolve and manage claim corrections and chargebacks as needed
  • Keep up to date on all factory recalls, announcements, and procedures
  • Maintain customer and service records according to warranty repair manuals
  • Foster positive relationships with service and parts departments across multiple locations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience (or a combination of education and experience)
  • Previous warranty administration or service consultant experience is required
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent administrative, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Strong computer and internet skills
  • Highly professional and dependable with the ability to operate independently in a fully remote position
