About the role
- Communicate with customers, internal departments and suppliers
- Develop optimal solutions for customers' fleet requirements
- Manage the entire lifecycle of customer vehicles, from ordering to return
- Review quotations and coordinate customer-specific vehicle orders with a strong focus on quality
- Actively contribute as a team player to process development and pursue innovative, results-oriented solutions
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., in automotive, insurance, or hospitality/hotel management) or an equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in customer service; experience in the automotive sector is desirable
- Strong service and customer orientation, high commitment and a sense of responsibility
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, and strong negotiation abilities
- Very good command of German
