About the role

  • Communicate with customers, internal departments and suppliers
  • Develop optimal solutions for customers' fleet requirements
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of customer vehicles, from ordering to return
  • Review quotations and coordinate customer-specific vehicle orders with a strong focus on quality
  • Actively contribute as a team player to process development and pursue innovative, results-oriented solutions

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., in automotive, insurance, or hospitality/hotel management) or an equivalent qualification
  • Professional experience in customer service; experience in the automotive sector is desirable
  • Strong service and customer orientation, high commitment and a sense of responsibility
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, and strong negotiation abilities
  • Very good command of German
