About the role

  • Manage and process customer orders received via phone, email, and online platforms with accuracy and efficiency
  • Accurately enter customer orders into the internal order management systems
  • Maintain customer contact records in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Research and respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, order status, and service requests
  • Use RingCentral to handle inbound/outbound calls professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Route complex questions or concerns to the appropriate department for timely resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in HubSpot for tracking and follow-up
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and consistent service delivery
  • Provide backup support to fellow Customer Service Representatives as needed
  • Perform light administrative support (digital filing, document updates, reporting)
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 1–3 years of customer service or related experience, preferably in a call center, office, or sales support role
  • Experience with RingCentral and HubSpot CRM (preferred)
  • Strong data entry and computer skills with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous phone manner
  • Strong keyboarding and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong work ethic with a “do what it takes” mindset
  • Knowledge of Syteline a plus
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
