About the role

  • Support the Legal Department Administrative Operations Manager and other members of the Legal Department as assigned
  • Review, analyze, and monitor various ongoing LDAO programs and processes
  • Analyze and report on data and metrics to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to improve processes and find solutions
  • Conduct and coordinate research to support LDAO department planning and objectives
  • Support the LDAO team in planning, coordination, and execution of administrative projects and initiatives
  • Ensure timely completion of project milestones, status reports, and deliverables by actively collaborating with team members
  • Ensure project documents are current and stored in designated locations
  • Special projects and duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4+ years of professional experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfort with systems ownership and platform management; ability to own and manage numerous projects at once, including engaging cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to interact effectively with personnel at all levels with a high degree of professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and effectively, under pressure, with minimal direct supervision
  • Ability to exercise the appropriate amount of discretion in escalating and communicating issues
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities
  • Ability to write clearly and concisely
  • Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite and a document management system, such as iManage
  • Willingness and ability to learn and expand skills
  • Adapt to competing demands and new responsibilities
