About the role
- Shape strategic vision and lead commercial performance of Holcim’s Ready-Mix operations
- Oversee North and Midlands Ready-Mix operations, managing multi-site activities
- Champion digital transformation and embed smarter, more agile ways of working
- Streamline operations to unlock value and improve efficiency and margins
- Support delivery on high-profile construction projects (HS2, housing developments, logistics infrastructure)
- Lead with purpose to deliver Holcim’s low-carbon ambitions and sustainable growth
- Lead and develop senior teams, fostering empowerment, performance, and safety
- Drive customer satisfaction through high-quality, tailored Ready-Mix solutions
Requirements
- Experience managing complex, multi-site operations with full P&L responsibility
- Proven ability to lead senior teams and create a high-performance culture
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset
- Strong commercial instinct with ability to drive margin and unlock efficiency
- Ability to build strong, lasting customer relationships
- Experience championing digital transformation and implementing smarter processes
- Comfortable working on high-profile construction projects (e.g., HS2, housing, logistics infrastructure)
