• Support digitalization and innovation by assisting in the rollout of new supply chain tools and helping the team adopt digital workflows.
• Gather and analyze business data to support the development of case studies and track the progress of ongoing logistics projects.
• Monitor and report on supply chain metrics, preparing regular performance summaries that help the team identify areas for improvement.
• Provide administrative support for contract management, ensuring all supplier databases and records are accurate and up to date.
• Facilitate daily communication between the Logistics Manager and our network of international suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking research and gather industry intelligence to keep the team informed on market trends and competitor activity.
