• - **Execute full-cycle recruiting and onboarding activities** for high-volume, US-based roles, including managing candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer generation.
• - **Proactively source and maintain a dedicated talent pipeline** for **Educator positions**, ensuring a pool of qualified candidates is available to meet ongoing and future hiring demands.
• - **Conduct and coordinate initial screening and behavioral interviews** to assess candidate qualifications, alignment with company culture, and adherence to safety/quality compliance standards.
• - **Manage the end-to-end candidate experience**, handling initial outreach, scheduling interviews, and executing a structured follow-up process through the final stages of onboarding.
• - **Maintain data integrity** by meticulously tracking and updating all candidate activity and hiring statuses within the Applicant Tracking System (**Workable**).
