• Develop, manage, and expand Hog Island Oyster Company’s private events and group dining program across all restaurant locations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with restaurant operations, culinary, beverage, marketing, and leadership teams
• Establish event sales strategies and revenue goals in partnership with company leadership
• Serve as the primary point of contact for event clients from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up
• Prepare and manage Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), event timelines, and run-of-show documents
• Collaborate with restaurant managers, chefs, and operations leadership to align menus and staffing
