About the role

  • Own the strategy, rollout, and performance of cross-sell initiatives across TCC Member Companies.
  • Identify and prioritize cross-sell opportunities through data analysis, client insights, and operational trends.
  • Partner with Member Company leadership, property managers, and internal teams to drive adoption and execution.
  • Develop scalable processes, playbooks, and communication strategies to support consistent cross-sell delivery.
  • Develop and execute strategies to promote Ilium Telecom services to existing TCC Member Company clients.
  • Analyze client data to identify telecom needs and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Member Company teams to design targeted campaigns that communicate value and ROI.
  • Manage client engagement and follow-up with support from offshore resources.
  • Implement and manage final-release vendor payment processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Partner with CVPS staff and Member Company finance and accounting teams to streamline permissions and workflows.
  • Analyze vendor history, compliance, and payment trends to identify revenue and efficiency opportunities.
  • Coordinate tax preparation services for TCC Member Company clients in collaboration with internal and external tax teams.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Oversee documentation gathering and client communications related to tax preparation.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for tax-related questions and issues.
  • Develop and execute strategies to deliver monthly recurring exterminating services to existing clients.
  • Partner with Member Company teams to create targeted messaging and campaigns.
  • Manage ongoing client relationships and service adoption with support from offshore resources.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions with Member Company Presidents to reinforce program value and adoption.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track sales performance, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across all cross-sell initiatives.
  • Prepare clear, actionable reports and recommendations for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of experience in business development, revenue growth, or cross-sell initiatives
  • Proven experience working across multiple service lines or product offerings
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
  • Experience managing complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders and teams
  • Comfortable addressing and resolving frequent client escalations
  • Experience in property management, real estate services, or professional services is strongly preferred
