About the role
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and company regulations
- Support and conduct investigations as directed
- Supervise and assist in the efficient operation of assigned security shifts
- Identify and mitigate risks to company assets, patrons, and team members
- Detain individuals when probable cause exists for notifying law enforcement or state gaming officials
- Maintain and control company-wide key systems while on duty
- Enforce security and safety standards consistently and fairly
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Associate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Three (3) years of related security experience
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Previous casino resort experience preferred
