About the role

  • Analyze current state and history of office policies and procedures and propose changes to increase efficiency.
  • Manage specific task assignment distribution to the Team’s personnel and provide technical direction.
  • Collaborate with Government Work Assignment Managers to manage day-to-day operational requirements and work activities.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate various projects, programs, and services; may administer specific initiatives.
  • Recommend and assist in installation of improved administrative methods, procedures, equipment, and facilities.
  • Conduct research and analytical studies; coordinate and expedite reports and program information; develop procedures and forms.
  • Formulate recommendations and prepare reports and correspondence.
  • Assist in determining financial methods, procedures, and costs; conduct cost-benefit analyses and prepare financial/statistical reports.
  • Coordinate contract arrangements and, where required, prepare grant applications and administer grants and contracts.
  • Confer with other departments, officials, and consultants; make presentations and provide staff support.
  • Assist in budget preparation and administration; may train and evaluate assigned staff.

Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S. degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
  • Three years of relevant experience.

  • Willingness/ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Regularly required to talk or hear; frequently required to stand, walk, use hands, and reach with hands and arms.
