Customer Support

• Provide technical support to internal and external users in the company's proprietary system
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on internal users' machines (on-site, as needed, in São José dos Campos)
• Assemble and prepare workstations (on-site, as needed, in São José dos Campos)
• Support internal infrastructure requests (Active Directory, networks, and servers)
• Create IT purchase requests in SAP (physical and logical items)
• Perform data analysis using SQL to support the system
• Analyze and support dashboards and KPIs in Power BI
• Conduct testing, validation, and acceptance of functionalities
• Gather requirements from internal and external clients related to the systems
• Translate functional requests into technical requirements for the development team
• Ensure effective communication between involved departments.

IT Analyst – Customer Service

Analyst

• Manage customs clearance routines and monitor import and export processes;
• Review Import Declarations and other documents related to operations;
• Execute international trade operations for importing and exporting products and services, providing technical guidance when necessary;
• Prepare and verify documentation, maintaining contact with government agencies, customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers and clients;
• Monitor all stages of the international trade chain, ensuring compliance with deadlines and procedures;
• Provide customer service and support, ensuring the accuracy of information and quality of service provided.
