About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical support to internal and external users in the company's proprietary system
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on internal users' machines (on-site, as needed, in São José dos Campos)
Assemble and prepare workstations (on-site, as needed, in São José dos Campos)
Support internal infrastructure requests (Active Directory, networks, and servers)
Create IT purchase requests in SAP (physical and logical items)
Perform data analysis using SQL to support the system
Analyze and support dashboards and KPIs in Power BI
Conduct testing, validation, and acceptance of functionalities
Gather requirements from internal and external clients related to the systems
Translate functional requests into technical requirements for the development team
Ensure effective communication between involved departments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the role
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
Experience with ERP, TMS, and WMS systems
Basic knowledge of cloud computing (Azure, AWS, or similar)
Knowledge of agile methodologies
SAP Tier 1 support experience
Experience in foreign trade, logistics, or supply chain companies (a plus).
