About the role

  • Champion supply chain analytics by developing and enhancing dashboards, reporting tools, and methodologies to deliver data-driven insights across purchasing, procurement, warehousing, and logistics operations
  • Serve as a key advocate for supply chain innovation by exploring the application of advanced analytics, AI, and automation to streamline routine tasks, elevate predictive capabilities, and support smarter, faster decision-making
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with global teams to understand challenges and develop best practices driving operational consistency worldwide and improving supply chain performance
  • Work closely with IT, business stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to optimize ERP and other supporting tools to deliver system enhancements, process automation, and improved user experience to improve supply chain performance
  • Support and lead operational rhythms with sourcing leaders and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 7 years of relevant experience)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional level experience
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills including proficiency with Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Hands on experience working with ERP systems (such as SAP), preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across cultures and functional teams
