About the role
- Perform data analysis, delay analysis, and damage quantification on large construction projects.
- Work as part of HKA’s Construction Claims team to support claims, consulting, and expert services.
- Use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and potentially database tools (Access, SQL, SAS) to analyze and present findings.
- Multitask and prioritize work across multiple projects while managing deadlines.
- Communicate findings clearly to clients and team members; contribute to problem-solving and project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Construction, or a relevant discipline.
- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Client Relationship Management and excellent communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with Microsoft Access, SQL, SAS, or other database management software is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and “big picture” thinking.
- Capability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines while working on multiple projects.
- Ability to problem-solve independently as well as thrive in an active team environment.
- Preferred but not required: Familiarity with project control scheduling software such as Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6.
