About the role
- Maintain, audit, and organize all departmental SOPs
- Manage version control and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
- Develop training guides, presentations, and quick-reference tools
- Support UAT initiatives by documenting new workflows and system enhancements
- Act as primary administrator for policy management systems and SharePoint site, managing permissions, structure, and content
- Partner with leadership to monitor compliance and provide regular progress reports on risks and process status
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Quality Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 2 years in process administration, training development, or quality support within a healthcare or regulated environment
- Required experience with SharePoint administration and policy/document management systems
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail
- PMP or other project management credentials are strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Utilization Management, Clinical Quality, or healthcare accreditation processes is highly preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
